Eye roll on by this place
Walked in and she asked if we needed a reservation and told her we had one. Eye roll and shook her head. Acted like she couldn’t find it. More eye rolls when I said we booked with Hotels. Wanted to know if we received a digital card. Told her no. More eye rolls and she said Hotels messed up. Told her we had already paid. Eye rolls. Gave her our card for incidentals and when I got to the room found we had been charged three times for it. Went back down, more eye rolls, said it was our fault bc we said we didn’t have an electronic card from Hotels. Not we have to wait until the manager comes in today to straighten it out bc there is nothing she can do about it. Nothing like dealing with an employee who acts like your 12 year old niece.
