This hotel is nice, however again you must give up your key to your room when leaving the building. One morning I walked up to the restaurant to get a cup of coffee to go. They refused to provide me with a cup of coffee. No explanation. Again unheard of. I would stay somewhere else.

Cute jazz vibe artistic hotel, spacious rooms with a great location. But not quite what I expected. It had some inconveniences like having to ring a doorbell to be let in the property. Sure it’s safe, but it sucks if you get caught in the rain like we did. No A/C, and the walls are super thin, you can her everything from footsteps to someone urinating in the bathroom next to your room.

2/10 Poor

I didn't stay at Hotel Parque Mexico because I was "upgraded" to Hotel Parque España. When we got there, we were given a room with a king size bed, but a window that wouldn't open, on the street, with 24 hour flood lights. They then changed us to a room with a double bed that had a terrace with no outdoor chairs. The major problem is that this hotel isn't finished yet, and they're already booking guests. There aren't any facilities completed yet; no microwave, no breakfast, no lounge, all of which were listed on their expedia page. The staff is friendly and polite, and the hotel is nicely decorated.

There are three locations, all close by, but the staff and the information from Expedia were contradicting each other. I got to the address I was given by expedia, staff told me it wasn't it so I walked (it was already after midnight) to second location, staff told me the same thing and wanted to send me to third location but I refused and they got a room for me there.

This property has no space and is overpriced. The worst hotel we’ve stayed at while using Expedia. They don’t have water in the rooms, you have to leave your key every time you leave the hotel, the space is like a box it is tiny, they don’t hold your luggage even for a couple hours, it is not as advertised. Also the upstairs is closed. Do not stay here there are a lot of great places in Mexico City and this is not one of them.

Both Parque Mexico properties are very nicely appointed and the free breakfast is a major plus. Rooms and bathrooms in standard rooms are very small. But they are laughably so at the petite hotel, a few blocks from the actual park. I admittedly arrived very late -- midnight -- but was shown to a room that essentially was a nicely appointed closet, with literally 18 inches between the foot of the bed and the wall. There was no window at all and no ventilation. That said, the staff is very nice, including the desk clerks and the waiters at breakfast. But if you're at all a stickler in believing a good hotel room should have space, a window or circulating air, this isn't the place for you.

go elsewhere
Noisy, small, no air flow, ridiculous “regulations” not listed in the listing. Photos not representative of the actual rooms. Required to turn in/check out key each time in and out. Guests are required to be added to the agreement even if just stopping by while you finish getting ready to go out to dinner. Absolutely insanity. Definitely won’t return.

I wouldn't stay here again
Upon arrival, after a flight that landed at 5 am, the hotel staff agreed to store our luggage until check in. But when I asked if I could use the restroom, the answer was no. After I continued to ask (about 4 more times) the staff agreed to let me use the restroom located in the restaurant upstairs. That was strike 1. next after a long day of sightseeing, I returned to the hotel to relax. The internet connection in my room was not working and therefore I could not watch television. (The hotel does not provide basic tv service, you have to log into your personal netflix or hulu account) When I called the front desk, I was told "No one else has complained" and that I should "try to re-enter my netflix password." I explained the internet connection was not working, so the issue is not my netflix password. No one had an answer, so I just gave up. strike two Room 103- john coltrane room, has no ventilation. no windows (except for the window that opens out to the public hotel seating area) The room was always hot and stuffy. At one point, I left the front door open to get air circulation. Which means, all guests and staff walking pass the room could see into my room. strike 3 I wouldn't recommend this hotel based off of my experience.

I like the decoration of the building and the rooms, the breakfast was delicious, but what I didn’t like is that there’s no privacy between rooms and no a/c, the room is very small and it gets warm very fast. I liked you can set up your account to watch Netflix but I was expecting having international channels since is very expensive the night.

Would Not Recommend
Poor service, too many rules not disclosed in this app until you arrive to check-in, cant bring own drinks of food inside your room. They take away your key everytime you step of of the hotel, very poor wifi service, no a/c, very good neighborhood, should be half the price. Oh yeah, not one window and tiny tiny room. Over paid for this room and service.

Cute spot in a GREAT location!
Had a lovely stay for a weekend, in one of the best areas of Mexico City! The service was great, and the entire hotel is decorated with jazz icons. Heads up- there was no AC, which most of the year is not an issue (most homes in Mexico City don’t have AC). It was a cute stay just steps away from two great parks, tons of great restaurants in Condesa and Roma, and near many of the great museums.

Recormnded with caution due to room size
Will recomend this hotel just make sure to read the reviews. There is only one thing we can complain about the hotel and is the size, too small. For one person will be ok for for a couple, specially if one of you is tall or big it might be a little bit uncomfortable however it is not so bad that it will stop me from staying here again since everything else was perfect. The service is one of the best, including the excellent services provided provided at their restaurant. You have to try their breakfast !! The room hotel was clean and the area was perfect and sorunded by many restaurants and bars.
