We very much enjoyed our room with the rooftop (it was not a tacky decor). The pool atmosphere was very fun, with excellent bar service. The minimal children around were not a bother. Great experience! The resort was safe and clean with lots of fun activities. The beach was easy to access and very beautiful. Food was great overall. The staff were wonderful. There was a fight in the disco of the resort If you go there you run the risk that something could happen to you and you will have to take care of it yourselves in any way you can. The hotel is unsafe in that respect. The staff just watched and did nothing. Be careful and consider this before you go.

Estuvimos en el 2019 y ahora Noviembre 2024. Desayuno y almuerzo son muy repetitivos y poca variedad, no vimos mariscos incluyendo los básicos como camarones y mejillones. Solo en los restaurantes a la carta encontramos Camarones como mariscos. Restaurante a la carta la comida fue servida tibia. El snack al lado del río lento es muy bueno y su personal muy atento. Los postres fueron buenos en su gran mayoría. Instalaciones tuvieron super bien, nos tocó una habitación céntrica a todo. El hotel es bueno para ir en familia.
