This visit was bad from the very beginning. We were given a key that did not unlock our room. The host was very condescending and told us the key has to work. He took his time but finally came to try to open the door. It did not work so he used his master key and opened the room next door. Told us we could use this room. The room was straight out of the 80s. But we needed a place to sleep. The sheets on the bed were dark brown and ripped. The room only had two wall lamps that worked. The bathroom sink was broken. there were two brown bath towels and one white wash cloth, 2" bars of soap and the shower had soap scum and rust along the bottom. The metal shower drain was loose and kept coming off while one showered. It was cold the night and there were no blankets plus the antiquated baseboard heater did not function. The "breakfast" consisted of a cup of coffee and a refrigerated danish, that you had to pick up at the back door of the "office".

Horrible Experience. Do Not Go There!!!
Horrible experience. Went to check in and there was only a window to check in. The guy who checked us in was rude and disrespectful. I showed him our reservation and he said that they don't even accept hotel.com. He said that rate was a 3 hr rate. After him being so rude, he refused to take our reservation. He told us we could go somewhere else.

The worst motel experience that I have ever experienced and I travel 25 to30 days per month. I am surprised that the health department allows him to remain open.

Not a good experience all around. After booking the motel, I arrived there only to find out that the pictures in Hotel.com aren’t of that motel. Was greeted by the one and only person working there who told me himself that the pictures were wrong. Bad experiences started at check in when the price for staying there were $20 more then advertised. Charged me a extra $5 for using a debit card. ??? I told him I made the reservation on Hotel.com. He actually said to me “that was stupid” it was late and I didn’t feel like changing my reservations, so I paid the extra $20. The website advertised a on the go breakfast. There was no breakfast, coffee or anything available. I was given a room that was below any standards a motel should be allowed. The security chain on the door was hanging off the walk by one loose screw. The TV was outdated. The bathroom had so much mold in it that I refused to take a shower. When I pulled back the comforter on the bed I noticed a blanket that had a least 3-4 holes in it. When that was pulled back I saw a sheet that had stains and hair on it. It had not been washed. Needless to say I slept on top of the comforter in my clothes. The few towels I had in the bathroom were at one time white but were now a dingy yellow. I had an upset stomach that night and ran out of toilet paper my first time in the bathroom. I understand that you get what you pay for. But for $70 I could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer. It’s really close to false advertising.

I booked hotel from orbitz. When I reached at the hotel they told me we don’t have any contract with orbitz. So we don’t have any reservations for you. U show me 65 dollar plus tex with 69.50 and orbitz mention pay at hotel. And hotel charge me 70 dollar plus tex with 75 dollar with there regular rate
I have a question why you show me the hotel with whom u don’t have any contact.
