Clean and comfortable
This hotel was perfect for me and a friend for a one night stay in Frankfurt. It is centrally located to mass transit and easy to get to the airport by train or uber. The room is really small, but we didn’t need much for the one night. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff downstairs at reception were great and when I called for more pillows they arrived quite quick. I love the 24hr bar downstairs in case you get in late or get up early and want to grab a drink or coffee.

Great lobby, basic room
Pros: Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Underground parking is easy with limited spaces, but appreciate the opportunity to get a discount. Accessible room had lots of room for the wheelchair to manoeuvre. Free WiFi works well. Central location (close to mall). Good price for 1 night. Cons: Lights in bathroom were broken as was the sink plug. No simple amenities such as a kettle, wardrobe, coffee, etc. Room looks unfinished and basic compared to pictures online. Overall the hotel lobby aesthetic is great, the staff are great but the rooms are very basic and although the cost is fair, compared to our stay in Cologne with another hotel, it was the same price and we got more for our money. Wouldn't personally choose a Moxy again.

Terrible customer service
The door to the hall didn’t close. They did not honor my Gold Bonvoy Status. I fell and sprained my ankle due to poor light in the courtyard and they did NOTHING to help. There are very young unprofessional people working here who have no customer service experience

Totally fine!
This place is funny. The brand tries a little too hard to be “hipster cool” but that said, this location is excellent. So easy to get to from Bahnhof and so many cute neighborhoods lead into it. Hotel was clean and comfortable but there wasn’t a single amenity in sight, so don’t expect much in that dept. It did its job of sleeping us and showering us with no complaints but zero frills either.
