A very pleasant place to stay in Quaretaro
Very pleasant stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. Very well located. Walking distance to all interesting places. The rooms are comfortable and super clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. No need to look elsewhere when in Quaretero.

Overall a comfortable place to stay. However, the water pressure of the bathroom sink and faucet were odd. You will open the faucet a liitke bit and no water will come out and if you tried to open a LOT will come out and will splash all the way to the floor. We stayed in room 6.

The courtyard was gorgeous and location excellent--it made a point of reference when I was wandering around El Centro. What I didn't like was that there was no deadbolt on the room door and the chain had been romoved. Moreover, I mistakenly tried my room key in a room that was not mine and it opened that door, too. The lights next to the beds didn't work. There was no way to heat water for tea that I could figure out. Staff was very courteous.

Great little secret in the heart of Queretaro!
The hotel is charming and very well situated. In the heart of the Historic Center and close to everything. As all Boutique Hotel it’s cozy and it’s prone to have some deficiencies that I call “quirks” they don’t really are problems but they might annoy or bother other people. The lack of attention to little things like not having a roll of toilet paper, or an extra pne for that matter, not replenishing the pods or water bottles for coffee. Missing light bulbs in the main lamps, spurting water faucet that splashes you if you’re in front of it! Besides these quirks, the hotel is an excellent option if you’re in Queretaro to absorb and fall in love with this great an beautiful colonial and historic city!

Pleasant room and location is excellent. "Free parking" is a bit distant from the hotel especially when the bike police advised us not to even temporarily park in front of the hotel to unload our luggage. Afternoon concierge Carla was a gem...very knowledgeable, bi-lingual and proactive.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Rooms were nice and clean. Small rooms compared to other places in Querétaro that we’ve stayed. No parking spots but the hotel has a deal with a parking lot three blocks away from the hotel.
