The Hotel is well located, just off downtown but only at 7-10 min walk. You can enjoy the view on the ocean with serenity. The menu is limited but the food is excellent. Staff is very nice and polite. Recommended

Very nice property with huge pool. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. However, poor water flow and no hot water. Lighting in bathroom could be enhanced. Fridge in room, however no safe. Decent breakfast with choices for everybody. Close to the German and the Belgian embassy. Recommended.

The worst experience! I can’t believe I paid that much. On the first day of arrival they couldn’t find my reservation. Waited awhile in lobby. I paid for sea view and they didn’t have it then they did. Woke up at 2am or so with bugs all over me my bed, net and floor. Bitten on face and body. Nightmare as seen in movies. To add to it biggest cockroach! Phone to reception not working. Had to walk to reception in night clothes. When the bellboy moved me, he acknowledged, I know I know the problem Madame. Can you believe it, they knew and they put me there. Long story short no apology from reception finally after several tries found manager who offered meal vouchers $15 or so, not even one night! Will add pictures.

I stayed there for 7 nights with cold water. When I asked for iron I finally got it but next day they took it away from me and never seen it again The hotel was a 5 star hotel but 40 years ago, now maybe a 3 star hotel Unless you know French, you won't be able to communicate well

They did not arrange airport pick up for me and my colleague, inspite of my request on hotels.com while booking the stay. Breakfast was mediocre at best with very limited options, especially for vegetarians. Staff was friendly and overall stay was good.

Avoid avoid this hotel because it is falling apart and badly needs renovation. Nothing really worked well from wifi, hot water, running toilet, dirt everywhere, restaurant closes early and steps everywhere. Hotel staff looked miserable and never smiled! Only good thing was pool and location.

If you want a quiet and relaxing stay away from the main tourist hotels then this is the place for you. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I found that nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.

This is hotel that is in bad need of remodeling - The pool is nice and great sea views if you have a seaview room. This is not even close to the class of the Pullman or Radison hotels in Dakar. The breakfast was included with the room and not outstanding but OK. It is worth it if the price is moderate which I would say is half the price of the top tier hotels in Dakar. The biggest problem was the WiFi - I literally spent hours waiting for connections or sending emails to say nothing of downloading documents or streaming - basically impossible. I brought this to the attention of the reception and they had me get on another router but it was no better than main one. So buyer beware.

The service and location are nice. The property is in disrepair. Rugs that are stained, doors that don’t slide, showers that leak, safes that don’t work, wifi that is sporadic at best. Rooms are badly overpriced. Breakfast was nice but meal at restaurant was bad. I have lived in West Africa for 5 years. This was the first meal I ever sent back.
