Positives: very clean,close to all amenities, baby cot,high chair,dishwasher,washing machine, kettle,coffee maker,new furniture,reliable WiFi,sky tv for those who watch tv. Owner available on the phone at any time.
Negatives: Heating was already broken and not sorted in 5 days. First night the temperature indoors was 16°C. I then requested an electric heater which was kindly taken to me at 8pm the following night, but electricity capacity wasn’t enough to heat the flat and cook (induction) or use dishwasher as it would trip, needing to run downstairs to the ground floor to reset the mains each time. I was honest with the owner and told him why I was unhappy but after my stay I was told That the broken part didn’t arrive in time and I could have gone elsewhere for a refund (not easy when it’s low season, and I am travelling on my own with two kids and a baby) instead of offering me any different accommodation due to the lack of basic provision. Sadly no info was given to me after the third evening to keep me updated either.
Some kitchen saucepans unsuitable for induction nobs. No appliances manuals and instructions available. NO daily housekeeping, unlike advertised.
Furthermore, The flat I was given is not pictured in the advert, it is completely different, dark,its windows overlook the building internal courtyard. Some safety concern for bedroom windows.Customers need to be aware that the flat given might differ from the pictures shown and possibly have no view at all.
