Stayed for 4 nights at this very new hotel.
The hotel itself is very well designed and very modern in appearance and the staff are all very attentive and polite however I feel it is let down by several points.
The hotel is very isolated. It is about a 15 min bus ride to get to the nearest shop to buy anything to eat, the hotel restaurant menu is very limited and very expensive so think that the hotel is missing a trick by not having a small shop selling the basics.
The hotel restaurant also does not do room service.
The Expedia site for this hotel lists that the hotel has a coffee shop which is untrue, they have a coffee machine in the restaurant. The restaurant also seems to lack a children’s menu, I asked several members of the restaurant staff and got different answers from all, one said they had a menu but not here, one said that they did not have a menu but could make anything. What good is that when you have no idea how much you would pay and the normal menu is in no way suitable for children.
If you stay in a standard room your view is likely to be overlooking a tower block of soviet era flats.
Not all rooms seem to be finished to the same standard, my bathroom had no towel rail however the next room along had one installed.
The hotel also suffers from having absolutely nothing to do in the cold season. No type of entertainment was available and all the leisure facilities were unavailable due to snow.
Overall this hotel is best if you are a business customer
