We decided to stay in the countryside for one night away from the busy coast. The Hotel is in a lovely natural park setting and has a pretty courtyard and a good size pool with sunbeds in a grassy garden. There is also a bar , restaurant and two shops onsite. Checking in was easy and professional and the room a good size and clean.
As this was a night to just chill, after using the pool area which was clean and in good condition for the afternoon, we decided to eat at the restaurant. It was not busy, the service was ok for drinks, although not all on the menu were available. Similar story with food, although a shortish menu, not all available. After a 20-30 minute wait, the food arrived and mine was very nice as was the wine we had, unfortunately my wife's food came out cold, so it had to be sent back, we were told it would be re-done, but after another 20 minutes it had not come back. After more chasing it still did not arrive so we ended p cancelling that meal, very disappointed. The staff did apologise, and we were not charged for the wine and the 1 meal we got, so that was a good attempt to recover the situation. The Breakfast had no similar problems and was good, with a limited but good choice. We would stay again but might eat in the nearby village
