The hotel was very nice, the lobby, pool, dining area, etc. However, the biggest problem is that the front desk staff can't speak decent english.
The rooms were very tiny, which is not a deal breaker. The A/C didn't work in our room and they sent in the technician who came and spent about an hr in the room and said it was fixed. However, even after an hour after that the room didn't cool down. We were too tired to wait for another technician. We complained in the morning and they said they will take care of it for the next guest.
Then headed over for breakfast, which was decent. Good options.
Got back to the room to realize that the hot water was shut down, and will take 1-2hrs to fix!
This started to get frustrating. And finally, we had asked for a couple of cars for our travel in the city and getting the front desk to book it. We were trying to get a minivan and a sedan and trying to communicate this to a 3.5 start hotel shouldn't have to be that hard.
Overall, disappointed with the stay. Wouldn't recommend it.
