Great stay close to Haneda airport
Great overnight stay. Free airport shuttle is very convenient – – picks up from either terminal one or two at Haneda airport. Updated and modern. Very clean, and very friendly stuff. English is limited. The name is the Warehouse, so don’t be confused when you get there – – it is the same as the Skyfront REI hotel. Leave viewing deck of the Tama River. Nice walking path along the riverfront. Restaurant was good— has some Japanese options but is mostly westernized. Onsen bath was wonderful, along with the small gym. Would be nice if they had a spin bike. Buffet breakfast is great as well – – very good deal, and tons of options.

Nice hotel and the shuttle to Kawasaki station and heneda were great. Understanding customs, I would recommend updating the stay information sheet to include that people with tattoos are not allowed to use the public bath. If I had known that, I probably wouldn’t have stayed at this hotel. Or I would have made sure I had a bath tub in my room. I walked over 10 miles (16km) per day and would have liked to be able to soak.

Nice Hotel.
First time in Japan. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms are small, but I guess that's just how it is in Japan. I recommend this Hotel. Nothing close by, but the shuttle bus takes you to the train station where you can see and do a lot, or get to other places.

Baby, it's cold outside.
I had a long layover in Tokyo so stayed at this hotel. I didn't use any extra facilities so can't review in that department. Overall it was a very pleasant place and very clean with a friendly staff. My only complaint was although there was a free shuttle to and from the airport I had quite a long wait for transport to hotel (over an hour)! Temperatures outside were about 40 degrees fahrenheit ☹️

A very nice hotel in many respects: clean room, nice lobby, great shuttle from the airport, good restaurant; and the walking near the hotel is very nice along the waterfront trail, an unexpected surprise. My only complaint is that I was charged by the hotel and by hotels.com--this still hasn't been corrected.
