Not up to expectations!
The television was very difficult to turn on. The registration clerk did not know how, fumbled around and then hours later called in someone who took an additional 30 minutes to turn it on. In addition the heater was difficult to turn on; needed help again. The hotel stated that the room was wheelchair accessible, far from it. No smooth path of entry, they said the bathroom had a shower, but there was hardly enough room to get to the toilet let alone get into the shower, no way! No Wifi in room, office was far from room, only place to get wifi. Clerk only spoke Spanish, no English at all. She didn't try to use google translate.
