We contacted the hotel prior to booking to confirm they had availability for our dog, they did but at a higher rate than on Expedia. We booked with Expedia and upon arrival were told our room was not ready as there was flooding and water on the floor. Asked us to wait and hour or so as they cleaned the room which would have made us extremely late for the concert we were going to. Accommodated us by sending us to a sister hotel, which was fine, front counter staff was cordial, room was clean, nothing special. Thankfully close to the train station, we missed the first 30 mins of the show.
