第一次入住万达旗下的酒店，在马鞍山无疑这家万达嘉华的硬件首屈一指，大堂的装修以及房间的布置与一些一二线城市的spg或marriot酒店相比也毫不逊色。早餐的选择也非常多，总体来说很不错。 然而，比较遗憾的是，如此硬件豪华的酒店，前台服务冷冰冰，完全没有笑容，入住和退房的时候给客人的感受非常不好。作为spg的白金会员和ihg的大使白金会员，我在雅乐轩，福朋喜来登甚至智选假日等中低端酒店都能感受到专业的服务态度，希望万达集团可以真挚的提高对集团成员的培训，把国产的酒店服务水平切实提高，别辜负了大好的硬件条件。
