"Location is near public transportation. communication with property is not good, they take lot of time to reply to my messages, my comments about the room was not resolved. heater was bad I give 3/10 and no response from property team to fix it. kitchen equipment was not complete. If you are willing to order any online deliveries to the address you will not be able to collect as they informed me that they don't give the key of mail box to guests. overall experience not more than 3/10."

"This hotel was impeccably clean , the location was great , close to the sites with everything you need from shopping to dining right outside the door! I really liked the layout of the room and the floor to ceiling windows with the view of the city! I would definitely stay there again !"

"This hotel is conveniently located near the Altmarket and a tram stop. It is a new hotel, with some construction occurring in one side. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The fitness center and breakfast were both excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it."

"The room was extremely large, light and very quiet although the hotel is in the middle of the city center within easy walking distance of everything. There were plenty of nice restaurants practically at the doorstep. I would stay here again. "

Only complaint is the noise from outside from the restaurants since we had windows open it was quite loud and someone was blaring techno mucic into the late hours. "
