A lovely hotel, good facilities. Disappointing service at dinner - not sure if this was down to a language barrier , most staff did not speak English. Staff not very attentive, long delays between courses.

lovely place but disappointing
We went there with my fiance and the place was great. The sea was awesome, plus the picturesque scene all over the hotel. There are plenty of fruit trees that we could eat throughout our visit; the sea was so clean and blue. However, the service was totally inadequate. There were just one-two people who does not own but try to run entire business with good will. Yet, we think they were inexperienced. Though we checkout one day earlier, and Expedia let us to get refund (because it was free cancellation), the hotel even charged more than our initial itinary cost. I called the hotel afterwards, when I noticed the invoice at home. The reception staff told me that she did not charge that extra day and promised me to send the proof of how much they charged. I thought maybe this was just a naive mistake; but eventually she did not send anything nor answer the phones. Now I can never reach them. Besides, a boutique hotel does not mean that the owner can do anything; that is, if this is "adult only" place, the owner's wife cannot come with their 5 year-old boy, who runs and cheers along the restaurant tables and make noise with his nanny, while the mom enjoys partying with her guests. All over, it started to be an excellent experience, which turned to be totally disappointing plus expensive one! Even more than what would cost if we had stayed that extra day. Still, it worths seeing the sea bay where the hotel is. I hope either the hotel or Expedia will see my review and take action!

Konaklamamdan cok memnun kaldim. Otel, deniz, odalar, personel ve yemekler muthisti. Ancak sahilde yeterince icecek ve yiyecek alternatifi yoktu. Menude yer alan kokteyl vb iceceklerin hicbiri mevcut degildi. Bu konuda iyilestirme yapilmasi gerektigini dusunuyorum. Onun disinda her sey muhtesemdi.

Havuz olduğu bilgisi yazıyordu ama tesiste havuz yok. Sürekli gece odamın sigortası attı, her gün(!) resepsiyonu arayıp sigorta kaldırttım. Yataklar oldukça sert, hiç donlendirici değil. Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve ilgili. Mutfakları çok başarısız, 2 defa trstaurant kullandık yani 4 farklı yemek aldık,birtane keyifle lezzetle yiyebileceğimiz yemek olmadı,verdiğimiz paraya o yemekler gerçekten üzdü hep dışarı çıkıp yedik. Tesis çok fazla loş ışıklandırma kullanmış, her yer derinden bir aydınlatılmış ama yoruyor insanı. Plaj güzel ama çok kestane var.

Denizi oldukça temiz ve iskelede havlu hizmeti olması çok iyi. Genel olarak odaların ve otelin mimarisi harikaydı. Peyzaj da oldukça başarılıydı. Restoran ekibi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Çayları da oldukça lezzetliydi. Mustafa Bey e ve Vahap Bey e teşekkür ediyoruz. Midilli adası manzarası da akşam ve sabah ayrı bir güzellik katıyor. Tekrar gitmeyi çok isteriz.

Temiz, huzurlu bir otel. Çeşme deki Gürültülü otel ve beachlerin hemen ardından ilaç gibi geldi. Sessiz , sakin ve huzurlu bir yer. Odalar yeteri kadar konforlu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok ilgililer. Yanlızca otele giderken oteli aradık vardığımızda yemek olup olmadığını kontrol etmek için resepsiyon telefona cevap vermedi defalarca aramamıza rağmen.
