Beware.. cash know hotel!
I booked to pay at the property.. it wasn’t my cup of tea so I checked out after 2 nights. I went to paa see y for the room via credit card.. Trey don’t have a credit card machine here!! I had limited cash so.. I went thru the hassle to book fur yep more nights even tho I wasn’t staying there.. they hit their money thru hotels.com.. I’m not the first person to encounter this issue.. yes.. they roll offer to drive you to the bank to get cash.. I was packed and my driver jn the way.. So.. the staff is great..the ratings good. The bathroom left a bit to be desired.. but it is i Labuan and it’s rustic .. but no credit card machine at a hotel? That’s a first in my many decades if travels! Bring cash if you’re staying here and don’t pay upfront online!

This hotel looks like it’s newly renovated. The rooms are clean, great television channels, plenty of hot water, and free drinking water in your room! The staff was so helpful and kind (especially Liany, who answered so many questions and was so generous and kind)! I would absolutely stay there again!

Cheap and cheerful but out of town
A new hotel with a very friendly helpful female member of staff (didn’t get her name but thanks!) it’s quite a walk from the Main Street - about 20 mins there as it’s downhill and about 30mins back (no street lights of walking at night so take a torch!). But cold in the rooms but hot water which was lovely! Great value for money if you don’t mind being a walk away from the action

Not impressed
Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. But hotel is in very poor condition - especially the bathrooms, and the air on is also pretty bad. We had to change rooms, the first room was so bad. The rooms also had no fridge. The breakfast was very poor - partly because they were cooking and preparing at 2am to cater for a few Muslim guests as it was during Ramadan. It was good the, them to cater for the Muslim guests, but I have no idea why they prepared all of the food for all of the guests 6-7 hours before most of them were coming to eat, instead of just preparing some for the Muslim guests at that time.

Too remote for non biker
Pros: Nice, clean, big room, staff with big smile and helpful. Cons: 2km+ away from EVERYTHING, wifi sometimes doesn't work at night, nothing to do nearby Suggestion: rent a bike (sorry i don't bike, so unaware if the hotel provide this service)

Clean and simple hotel in the middle of nowhere
The rooms are spacious and clean. I like the way that they have a kitchen-like area with sink where I can soak my dive camera in water. There is no restaurant nor convenience store near by. I think the closest shop is about 1km away. You may ask the staff to call a taxi to downtown area for 50k IDR or a motor bike taxi for 20k. There are renovations around, I don't remember about noises. The hotel is pretty new so every time I need to tell the taxi driver which way to go when I get back.

Good budget option
We required accomodation for 5 for one night only. We were catching a flight to Bali the next day. This place is out of town but was well kept and clean. The staff were helpful and polite. There were lots of warungs just up the road for dinner or breakfast however we opted to head into Labuan Bajo for dinner. The local warungs had limited choices especially for our 3 teenagers who preferred the variety offered by the restaurants in the wharf area.

The staff were great at the hotel, very informative and helpful. The hotel is a 20 minutes walk from the main town but taxis readily available upon request. Would stay again.

Decent stay
The hotel was okay with spacious rooms but the air con sometimes give off a weird fishy smell. The hotel is not close to the city center and you need to rent a bike.

Good rooms but far from town
Good size room with balcony, bathroom was basic but had hot water and was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was quiet but very long walk into town along with dark roads with no footpaths, makes it a bit inaccessible. Would stay again if I had my own transport.

Much needed after a boat trip
A fantastic stay! We had just come off a 4 day boat from Lombok and it was exactly what we needed. Great AC, hot shower, comfy bed, and even HBO on tv. Liany at the front desk was so kind and very helpful. I would mention that there is no food available at the hotel, and it is quite a walk from town, but scooters were available for rent. Would highly recommend staying here!

Quiet, clean, comfortable
Clean new hotel, good beeeze in upstairs balcony rooms, also good airconand satellite to. Helpful service for tea, taxis etc. one local quirk is blanket rather than a top sheet: makes you sleep with aircon on! Quiet suburban location , pleasantly away from the town business and car noise, but early roosters a bit annoying
