Told the manager that I suspected bed bugs in my room. Although he didn't seem to know what could be the black marks on the mattress, which appear to me bed bug fecal matter and is very similar to pictures you can found on the internet, he did not believe me and asserted that it was humidity mold and lots of his mattresses have that in the hotel. He told me we can't trust the internet. But did not seem to care to do proper investigation. He said that if I wanted to prove him that it was bed bugs I should go to Police, Hospital, or whatever authority that could certify it. Asking: "what do you want from me?!" He accepted to wash the clothes that were in contact with the bed but would not take care of decontaminating the rest of our luggage and clothes unless an authority certifies the presence of bedbugs.
He still gave us a new room for the last nights.
On departure day as we were waiting for our clothes to be clean we could not go to our next destination that was 8hrs away. I asked to have one more night at the hotel for free as compensation.
He said there was no reason for him to do that. But would do a discount. The price he offers us was double our original price paid, he argued it was because we have an upgraded room now. After debating that non sense I managed to get basically same rate as paid for previous nights.
