Staff members are very helpful. They wanted to help us.
We loved and relaxed with the bath and sauna downstairs, which was opened until 12am, the last entry was 11.30pm.
There was no safety box in the room.
We enjoyed Japanese breakfast which was lovely.
There was no bread, buns, cereals and fruits. Some westerners wanted to eat bread so they were upset.
The check out was 12pm so we were relaxed until then and I felt it was comfortable for us to stay.

The hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor and there’s no attendant on the first, so it’s slightly confusing if you don’t read Japanese or have a translation app. The hotel is easy to spot with transportation close by. The rooms are decently sized for singles - I don’t know about the doubles. The breakfast is good and has normal selections - nothing super fancy, but feels like a home cooked meal. The staff was great.

This hotel provided great value for money. The rooms are small but I had an excellent night's sleep. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The food was very tasty. It was an easy walk to the train station.

The sign is too small to find the place.
The staff are a bit rude to start with.
The bed is too old.
Breakfast is good, though.

Outer Tokyo
I stayed at this Hotel for price, however it was too far from Shinjuku, Shibuya to be practicable. I will stay closer to city next trip.
