What a pity! This hotel could be fabulous. It is modern and stylish but the staff need to be trained in how to look after guests. To our mind the room we were first shown did not match our expectations: it had a lake peep not view. This may be down to an inadequate website description; but instead of offering us an immediate upgrade we had to argue our point with the receptionist.

Interesting hotel in an inconvenient spot
This hotel has a japanese feel with low furniture and sliding doors. The staff were very nice, but just because they know the words "check in" and "welcome", doesn't mean they are multilingual as advertised. Our room was sparse with one low bed, a small table, and one chair. The room could not be well blacked out in the daytime. The "parking lot" was very lacking and in fact wasn't a parking lot at all. The bathroom was very very nice and the hotel was clean.
