Horrible experience
I cannot possibly review this Hotel I arrived during the Christmas season in the evening. I gave them a copy of my reservation from Hotels.com and they told me they were not registered with Hotels.com. Furthermore, the hotel was full. It was a horrible, horrible experience I cried. I had to sleep in the lobby. The owner on the telephone told me he was only registered with Expedia, but Hotels.com is Expedia so I would tell you do not book your hotel with Hotels.com with this hotel. The owner owner thinks he is not registered here it was one of the worst traveling experiences of my life.
