Best room on our trip to Europe! We had the luxury suite, 1 bedroom, kitchen, with city view and it was beyond huge for what we really needed, but we enjoyed it regardless. The hotel is located in a quiet, narrow street, and is close to several embassies so security surrounding the area is more than other areas of the city. It was absolutely charming and so comfortable. Violetta welcomed us to the hotel and all of the staff were super friendly, professional, and helpful. My husband and I had a long trip to reach Prague and we actually slept 15 hours our second day at this hotel. We woke, had a wonderful breakfast at the hotel, and unintentionally went back to sleep in the comfortable bed. Pure bliss. The location of the hotel is about halfway between the bridge on the lower end of the hill and the castle at the top of the hill. There are several restaurants, mini markets, and places to souvenir shop within a block or two of the hotel. You really are surrounded by 'old world charm' everywhere you go in the neighborhood. The hotel features many photos of what it looked like before they renovated it into it's current beauty. The transformation is remarkable. (Word to the wise - the streets of Prague are not very user-friendly for people with mobility issues. Not a lot of flat spots to walk and the cobblestones are very uneven.) Overall we loved this hotel and would stay here again any time.
