The showers were terrible the water goes everywhere and is either extremly hot or cold. Extemly noisy street and worse of all every night some other guests were blasting music all night on the sound system to the point that my walls and door were shaking. When you complain they tell you that's part of the guest experience. I have not been able to sleep good for any of the 7 nights i was there and i usually am a easy sleeper. The staff was kind but food and breakfast were also really bad. Every morning the coffee was icecold and no variation.

The pictures are misleading. The pictures from the exterior are actually edited, they are covering how unsafe the area is with some tree. I realized they had edited the pictures once I arrived. I only stayed one night because I had no choice, it was too late, but wasted my money, since I reserved 4 nights. This is a motel, not a hotel, and in Colombia, motels have different context as in the U.S... You DO NOT want to stay at a motel. If this hotels price is your available butget, you are better off staying at a hostal in el Poblado. Same price and a whole different story. This hotel is at a very unsafe area, and the rooms are NOT as they seem in the pictures.

It’s a nice place the photographs make it look much more upscale them it is and it’s small but keep the door locked all the time to come in and out of the hotel. Understand the need for safety but it’s constantly someone has to push a button to unlock the door.

Muchisimas Gracias Manuel y Jason!!!
While this hotel is not particularly suited for families or long stays, .. (no dressers or closets..& is intended for younger, yet 18/21yr+ guests).. it is IMMACULATELY CLEAN, and housekeeping is trustworthy and honest... (down to the literal peso!) .. Manuel's (front desk/manager) professionalism, customer service and hospitality was EXCEPTIONAL and completely outshined whatever extra amenities might be lacking or any of the construction noise (which is everywhere in Medellin anyway).. His English is muy muy bueno! (Which was a definite plus!) Jason deserves an honorable mention for his level of service as well!.... I LŌVE MEDELLIN!

The hotel is nice for a day or two. We stayed for almost 3 weeks but had to leave due to noise. The staff in the hotel itself is good but the restaurant has much improvement. We woke to music at about 7am blasting from the restaurant on more than one occasion. If the constant noise from the street wasn't enough we couldn't find peace on the roof. the music was so loud always. I personally had to work. Could not work on the bed in the hotel room (no desk) nor could i escape to the rooftop restaurant. The rooms are trendy but there are no windows and no natural light. Again, the hotel is good for 1 or two days but NOT suitable for working from.

The peo0le who work at the hotel are amazing, besides having your own graffiti in your room and an amazing breakfast, their personnel will make you feel like home. Really i loved everyone of them and would love to thank them for making me feel great during my stay in Medellin

Overall the hotel is lovely
Really comfy room and helpful staff on reception on check in. Only negative for the room is the bathroom wall has light mould from the air conditioning unit. Check out was disappointing - the lady on reception didn’t speak to us when we handed the key in. She then came outside and asked us to pay for the room again (this is after already being asked on the second night). We paid during check in and I had to show my bank statement to stop being asked to pay.

ABSOLUTELY A BAD EXPERIENCE, I SHOULD GET A REFUND
I never stayed in this hotel, when arrived at the reception at 11:15pm; they have not available rooms, and argued I have not paid in advance and they have used the room.

Shows promise but far from great
While this new hotel shows promise, the staff really needs a lot of help. They speak zero English and are seemingly unable to work even the most basic tools, like a credit card machine. The staff at the bar on he roof are great, however. But the front desk staff are useless. Rooms are nice, but the hotel in general is quite noisy. Don't expect to sleep much.
