New and well maintained, good breakfast, wide choices. No rooftop bar, also maintenance staff leaves mop soap on tile floors making them very slippery. Please learn to rinse. Had to rinse them ourselves to make them safe.

This is an acceptable hotel which worked well for a business trip. The staff are helpful and there is access to a gym and pool. The business lounge closes at 5pm which wasn't helpful as that's the time I would have used it - during the day I was working outside the hotel. The rooms are very clean and well maintained but slightly dated, and I had to unplug the fridge at night as it was so noisy! It's the only hotel in the area so likely I would stay there again.

The hotel is not bad. Pluses: friendly front desk staff, free bikes and free access to Holmes Place. Downside: the room is never cleaned. They change towels, barely straighten your bed and they don’t even bother in replacing or cleaning your used mugs and water glasses.
