Would not refund due to nearby fire
I tried to have my room ($258) refunded due to the nearby Wapiti fire and the hotel being on the only evacuation route. I did not feel that being a tourist and an extra car in the area was a great idea. The hotel manager's response was "we are not affected by the fire here" and said they would not refund it. It shows how they feel about the local people in the area...they would rather have tourists in the area than allow the locals to leave on the evacuation route if needed.

They have done a decent job of keeping an old facility updated. They gave one of the best free breakfasts...a good selection of options, served buffet style and well prepared. Our King Suite was spacious with lots of windows and very clean. The bed wascomfortable but the matress is starting to sag. Two more chairs would be nice.

Great stay for a BFF bday get-away
The room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Sat out on the patio (could have used a small table?!), and took advantage of the nice weather. Breakfast was great and the hotel grounds are darling, love the Ewe theme.

Worth the stay
Hotel Ketchum is in a conveniently located area to restaurants and shops. The decor in the lobby, rooms and hang out commons is fun and unique. I especially appreciated their eco-friendly approach in providing a filtered water station, bulk toiletries and towel service on request.
