We had to checkout before 4 days before our checkout date as we felt we were not receiving value for money. We did not get a refund too. But it was worth saving our holiday. First started with charging for extra bed we were five rented two rooms. We were given one double bed and two single beds. Then there was no were in hotel to watch the Euro 2024 football we had to go to another hotels to watch the games.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We got a connecting room and the space was very functional as we had lots of luggage and there was space for everything. We were prepared with the correct charger and the front desk provided it no questions asked. Great Stay!
Great hotel to visit. Staff were very friendly. One of the only affordable hotels in the area, as we were staying during COP28. Our room was tidy and cleaners did a great job. But, did notice the door was left unlocked on two occasions after the cleaner had visited. Raised this towards the end and was told the door would be reviewed after our stay. Pool had only 3/4 people around which was great. However, was pretty loud as you're right next to the freeway. Metro stop is right outside Hotel which was a bonus. Overall a great stay and would recommend.
