The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We got a connecting room and the space was very functional as we had lots of luggage and there was space for everything. We were prepared with the correct charger and the front desk provided it no questions asked. Wall painting fell off without warning, whilst I was sitting here. Narrowly missed my head as it came down. Bathroom light was not working. A/C gave us both a scratchy throat by end of day 1. Downstairs staff we mostly courteous, but on check-out didn't ask about anything regarding our stay or wish us a farewell. Little things make a big difference.
