The common areas and bathrooms were very clean, and there was a locker right next to the bed where you could use a lock. While it wasn't in a super central area, it was very quiet and walking distance to a lot of stuff which was convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are okay with a hostel.

The Common Hostel was excellent. Staff was super friendly. The common areas is great for meeting fellow travelers. The breakfast is basic but gets the job done. I booked the private room and it’s small but has all you need. Only thing is there’s no step to separate the shower from rest of the bathroom so water gets over easily. But overall it was a pleasant stay and would definitely come back. It’s on the quieter side of the old city so it’s a bit of a walk/ride to the markets and bars but overall a good time

Okay for the price
The location was good and staff were very nice/helpful. The morning breakfast was so so, mosquitos were a bit bothersome and the bed in private room was not very comfortable but for the price, you can't complain to much. If you are on a budget, i would recomend it.

MUST STAY HERE!
The owners and staff make you feel at ease and can help answer any questions. After staying here you'll compare all Hostels to this. SUPER CLEAN and even in dorm space you feel privacy because of the curtains on each bunk. Great breakfast and coffee/tea. AMAZING STAY - THANK YOU!!!! :)

The staff were so friendly and helpful- giving lots of advice of good places to visit. Free water saved us lots of money & location was great. Breakfast had a small selection but bread and fruit was very good! Only thing that let it down a little bit was our room wasn’t cleaned in the 6 days we were there, meaning towels etc were quite grotty by the end! It also meant that we had to ask for toilet paper when we ran out which felt a bit weird. Staff are a credit to the hostel & made our stay a success- thank you!

Great hostel...
This was my first hostel stay of my trip to Thailand and I wasn’t disappointed. Lovely hostel with a chilled vibe in a great location. Stayed in a female dorm, which had nice comfy beds with a curtain for privacy and a card operated power socket, light switch, etc. You also have your own cupboard where you can store your backpack or personal belongings! The bathroom area was great with good showers and always clean & tidy. The hostel also provided a free breakfast, tea, coffee & drinking water which was lovely. Only stayed here 2-nights but wish I had stayed longer as so much to do in Chiang Mai would definitely stay here again :-)

The AC in the rooms worked really well, although at night when you close the curtain to your bed it blocks a bit of the cool air. The bathrooms were very clean and it was nice to have separate gendered spaces. Free water bottles was really nice and breakfast was delicious! I definitely recommend staying here!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended. I will return on my next trip. Everything was excellent. The hostel was clean, front reception area was welcoming and spacious, staff were very courteous, helpful, professional (I really appreciate their service and assistance), the breakfast was delicious and convenient, the dorms were quiet, the bunk beds were clean and had a great deal of privacy, the showers and restrooms were easy to use with lots of hooks and bars to hang your clothes and shower stuff. I really appreciate the free water, coffee, and tea!! Thank you very much! I am so glad I found your hostel!

Super funky we stayed in a private room, it was clean and comfy bed. The facilities were above and beyond the only think I’d suggest is have towels people can hire to use to swim with elephants at a sanctuary.

Very relaxed hostel. Clean, comfy, good vibe
Was an awesome place to stay, couldn’t ask much more of a hostel. Staff was so friendly and accomodating. They seem to care about their job and the people staying there. So we’ll kept and nice vibe. Not much of a party hostel. Much more on the laid back quiet side compared to some others.
