Would stay there again
We stayed there for only a weekend, after our cruise. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the cruise port and close to the airport. It is also right next to a metro station, in a street with supermarkets, bakeries and shops. The room was very comfortable, clean, good sized. The breakfast was really good. And the staff was great, really helpful and attentive, they even prepared a breakfast box for us on our last day, because we had to leave at 6am for the airport.

Small 3* hotel with a nice staff. It is well maintened. It has everything you need as a hotel for a short stay. Breakfast was ok nothing crazy it has what you need to start your day. We were really surprised with how small the rooms are, the shower is so small we could barely move in it. The location of this hotel is perfect. It's central and there is a lot of things to do walking distance. If you drink a lot of water be aware that they don't refill the glass bottle, you have to do it yourself.

Poor check-in processes and maintenance
On arrival, the receptionist took some time to book us in and on going to the room found it had a double and not two single beds. It then took over half an hour to sort out an appropriate room. This room did not have a window view and it took three days to sort out a bedside lamp that didn't work. The hotel only has a coffee bar not a drinks bar but did provide a very good breakfast buffet.

Hotel and staff excellent. Breakfast was great , enough of what you needed to start your day. Rooms facing road can be noisy but we slept ok. You can hear the people around you flushing toilet and having shower. This would not put me off staying again. Hotel so close to tube so very convenient. Few supermarkets near hotel. Food you would need to go into town.
