Hospitality was poor by the owners, no greeting on arrival. The room was ok, house keeping was poor three days no clean or fresh towels. Ended up buying toiletries from supermarket and new towels. Breakfast was terrible, went out each day. The menu was limited allot of food was not available to order as they had no ingredients. The location of stay is perfect can walk to all amenities. Overall 4/10.

I'd read prior reviews about grumpy owner and what with it being end of season, they could certainly use a break themselves but thought with ultimate politeness and a smile, we might have been warmly received, i was wrong on that point. The buildings that have been updated and refurbed looked lovely but unfortunately we were in the old part which while clean, was very basic. We didn't have hot water the first few days, it went from warm to tepid to get out in a minute! After other guests left tho, there was a nice shower to be had. We dined there the first night as it had been a long day and the outside area is gorgeous, its so beautiful to sit by the pool and eat, the gyros we had were lovely and we were very grateful for it, again though, i was made to feel like a pain in the bum for asking to place an order. The common areas of the property are lovely, beautiful gardens with lemons and limes growing from the trees, lovely sun loungers and a gorgeous pool. We went to get away and relax and it’s perfect for that. Its a 2 min walk to the beach which is lovely with lots of activities to be had, it's a 1 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of which many were closed with it being end of season. We did enjoy the great hospitality and food of The Bull restaurant and The Red Lion. A nice base to stay while exploring Malia but i do feel that we weren't particularly welcome or the management need a nice holiday to unwind after what must have been a very busy season.

Tolles Hotel, wunderschöner Pool, ruhig gelegen, 3min zu Fuß Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte. 2min zum Strand. Hervorragende Lage!!! Saubere tolle Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen!

Un établissement scandaleux avec un gérant qui méprise les clients. Il nous reçoit d'un air suffisant et nous réclame 8e/jour pour avoir le droit à la climatisation alors que c'était inclus dans les prestations payées chez Hotel.com Sans parler de la piscine, certes propre mais c'est de l'eau de javel à l'état pur. De plus, ils annoncent un studio équipé avec kichenette : or il n'y a pas de casserole, pas de couverts, pas d'eponge... Bref, rien pour diner dans le studio. Un hôtel à fuir... Un gérant qui ne représente en rien le bon état d'esprit des Crétois. C'est honteux !

Schöne Anlage und gute Preisleistungsverhältnis. Bei der Sauberkeit sieht es nicht so gut aus. Legen Sie mehr Wert drauf ..dann fühlen sich die Gäste auch besser. Es ist schade für die neue Zimmer .. Luxury Appartement.. es fehlen einige Sachen die Sie in Zimmebeschreibung haben. Es gab keinen Duschgel/Shampoo in Bad. Seife bekommt man nur nachdem man 2 mal gefragt hat .. Bei der Dusche fließt das ganze Wasser ins Zimmer .. nur ein Mülleimer in ganzem Zimmer und der war auch kaputt. Keine Fliegengitter so das man Nachts sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer hat. Sehr nah am Strand und gut gelegen. Restaurant empfehlenswert , gute Preise und nette Mitarbeiter.

Het is een gezellig kleinschalig hotel gerund door familie. Hét heeft een mooie tuin en een prachtig zwembad wat beide keurig onderhouden zijn. Onze kamer was netjes doch de badkamer vergt hier en daar wat onderhoud. Het ligt op loopafstand 5 min van het strand en 20 minuutjes lopen naar het oude gezellige stadscentrum van Malia. Hier vind je leuke gezellige authentieke restaurantjes met de heerlijke Griekse gerechten. Kortom het is voor herhaling vatbaar. Met dank aan Stelios die samen ( denk met z’n vader moeder en oma) ons verblijf tot een aangenaam verblijf hebben gemaakt!
