Disappointed
The greatest part about it was that I didnt even get to check in because I cancelled my reservation with the hotel when I fell ill. But I was lucky enough to not only be charged for one night I didnt check in or stay, but was charged the full 2 nights I previously cancelled. All for Hotels.com to tell me the hotels cancellation policy is strict... but I talked to the hotel, and their system didnt charge me, Hotels.com did. Lesson learned using third party sites. Never using Hotels again.

Huge disappointment, customer score is deceiving!
Arrived late and got the only room available. Found a couple of hairs in the bathroom and then in the bed, not sure the room was cleaned. We decided to change the bedding with the extra in the room only to find tons of stains on the mattress. Paper thin walls, the party on the floor above us went until after 2. The rooms were dated and don’t appear to have had a recent refresh. Not sure how this scored so highly??!!

Overall is a Really good clean Hotel. The two issues we noticed...
1. The pool has no drainage system around the edge. Whatever water was collected there had to be pushed back into the pool to be filtered and cleaned... Unsafe and unsanitary.
2. The Continental Breakfast person had a very hard time keeping up with the trash.
Plus the hard boiled eggs were old and nasty.
