JR千葉中央駅から徒歩10分、千葉モノレール葭川公園から約6分の距離。繁華街から少し通りが外れているので周りの雰囲気や騒音は有りません。 設備はかなり年季が入ってはいますが、清掃は行届いており清潔です。 設備や立地(千葉駅等から少し距離有る)から千葉駅周辺のホテルと比較して安く泊まることが出来ます。
