Amazing place
This was maybe the best (though def not the cheapest) location we stayed at during our 3 week journey through Cuba. Very helpful staff and owners that speak English very well. We got a lot of inside information about the city and Cuba in general. The interior and layout of the building is just magnificent (though the room in front can get a bit loud with street noise). Breakfast was top notch with a lot of homemade goodies. We had a full-on vegetarian menu for dinner one night, wine included, and were very happy with that! The terrace in the back gets regular hummingbird visits! You don't get your own key to the front door, but rather ring the doorbell (there's always someone there).

La Suite Florencia es una joya única. El hotel es maravilloso, extremadamente limpio y bien cuidado; todo allí es fantástico, especialmente el desayuno. Pero la mejor parte de la estadía son Lídia y Mirella. Ambas son encantadoras, muy atentas y realmente interesantes; podríamos pasar horas conversando con ellas. Recomiendo esta hospedaje a todos los que visiten Santa Clara.

Ich war ich das erste Mal dort. Und wie immer wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit ansprechbar, haben immer ein Lächeln für den Gast und sorgen dafür, dass man sich einfach nur sehr wohl fühlt. Für mich die top Übernachtung in Santa Clara. Preis/Leistung super! Sehr schöne Unterkunft und wunderbare Gastgeber! Santa Clara kann man gut zu Fuss erkunden. Ist alles in der Nähe. Es ist alles in gutem Zustand und sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war sehr lecker.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf bij deze Casa. De ligging is perfect tov het centrale plein en de accommodatie zelf is onberispelijk. We hebben nergens in Cuba zulke lekkere bedden gehad en de ruimte buiten de kamers om te relaxen is groot met veel verschillende stoelen. De kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt dat wij dagelijks voorgeschoteld kregen was meer dan we op konden en iedere dag zeer gevarieerd met fruit, brood, verschillende jam, omelet en iedere dag een andere typische Cubaanse lekkernij. Wat het verblijf echter helemaal afmaakte was de aanwezigheid van Mirella en Lydia. Deze dames zorgen voor een unieke sfeer en staan altijd klaar om te helpen. Wij raden deze Casa van harte aan.

Alojamiento con mucho encanto, en un edificio colonial de principios del siglo XX rehabilitado que conserva muchos elementos originales. Personal muy amable, permitieron que ocupásemos la habitación antes de la hora que figura en las normas. Muy buen aire acondicionado en la habitación, cama grande y muy confortable y muy buena ducha en el baño. Estupendo y abundante desayuno con productos caseros, servido en una terraza muy agradable. Totalmente recomendable.

Ein echtes Juwel unter den Privat-Unterkünften. Alles war tipptopp sauber, funktionierte und war wunderschön eingerichtet. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. So frisch, reichhaltig und lecker haben wir sonst nirgends gefrühstückt. Dazu liegt die Unterkunft fußläufig vom Busbahnhof und der Innenstadt entfernt. Das Beste aber waren die Menschen in der Casa, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablasen, super informierten und organisierten und mit uns lange, interessante Gespräche führten. Ich kann die Casa uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!
