O apartamento está muito danificado, os móveis estão com muitas avarias , tem uma vista bonita da sacada, mas o imóvel e seus utensílios estão bem ruins , ressalto por exemplo que não tinha o mínimo para se lavar um copo como sabão líquido uma esponja ou um guardanapo. A única coisa que gostei muito foi pq ficou de frente para praia e próximo de tudo, drogaria feirinha, mercado central os recepcionistas muito atenciosos , mais em questão de conforto não tinha móveis velhos , e segurança nenhuma, fiquei no 18• andar com duas crianças e nem rede de proteção tinha na varanda .
