I didn’t stay here and move to the other hotel. Because one of my room was different from my booking. I reserved 2 rooms with river view but one was not. There were only a tiny window with rooftop view. So terrible.

This is a family run guest house with 7 nice rooms. As Chiangkhan is such a small town, so don't expect the owner can speak any other languag but thai, thought they are very hospitality and like to talk to u.
