The location of the apartment is great. We are close to everything. The apartment itself is very nice. Unfortunately, the oven didn't work, and it wasn't repaired during our stay, despite informing the owner. To be perfect, there should be more cooking utensils, such as a spatula, knives, etc. Plus a working bottle opener. All in all, a very interesting apartment, but not perfect.

Nice family apartment, central in Porto

Great apartment for families / large groups, especially for longer term stays. Central to the main attractions in Porto (within walking distance). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so there are a lot of stairs to climb. But very nicely renovated apartment. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Aircon in each room. Would recommend upgrading the TV to a smart TV to chromecast or access apps like Netflix etc. The staff were very friendly and assisting - appreciated being able to check in a bit earlier. Received frequent messages to check on our stay. Check-in for the apartment is across from it at the D&S office.

Enjoyed this house. Very clean and airy. Heat system worked well. A little noisy on the street. You need to walk about 10 minutes to park car if you rent one. Check in staff Diana was a sweetheart. Would definitely stay again.

Very cute apartment that is 2 levels. Not a lot of items to use in the kitchen if eating in. Good size refrigerator. Apt. Is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Bad smell in stairwell but apartment is fine. Very noisy outside at times. Fabulous location-4 minute walk to Porto cathedral. Riviera Square 7-8 min. Walk. Recommend the Rooftop restaurant in the square. Good place to stay but bring small luggage if possible.

This property did not have a washer or dryer, contrary to the listing. We were relying on the property having laundry facilities, so this false advertising meant we had to take time out of our trip to go to a laundromat. Additionally, the hosts were not responsive to our messages, taking multiple days to bring clean towels and toiletries after requesting them. Besides these big issues, the property was in a great location and was satisfactory.

There are a few good things about this property but it is eclipsed by the many poor things to say. Let’s start with the good Good: - great location - luggage storage available at their office - spacious property - property did not smell like mold Bad: - the stairway up to the property has no ventilation and smells like stale mold. Walk it 4-5x a day and you’ll grow to hate it - the hairdryer is included as promised but it doesn’t work. Front desk said they did not have a replacement available - a coffee machine was available but they only provided us 4 pods. We were 4 guests staying for 3 nights. And we finished the pods (1 each) on the first morning. We asked for more and they did not want to give it to us as they said it’s not included in the stay. If we wanted to buy from the supermarket, the packs contain too many pods. They lost all our trust when they refused to provide basic amenities - only 30mL of shower gel provided. Again they did not want to give us more when we asked Overall I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy their time in Porto. No matter how good the location is, the stay was not enjoyable

The location of this property is ideal, walking distance to all the attractions. Close to public transportations and lots of dining options nearby. Check in was very easy and the young man who checked us in was very helpful and polite. I think his name is Alejandro, he even helped us carry our bags upstairs as there is no elevator but taking the stairs did not bother us at all. There is no parking on-site, there is a paid parking about 7 minutes walk from this hotel. The name of the parking garage is Garagem Ibéria. We came in April and the rate per night is 16 euro which is cheap due to the season still considered low season. The parking is underground and very narrow, will not recommend for big vehicles or SUVs. The room is very beat up and smelled of mold. There is no heater, the remote control for the AC/Heater did not work and the room was freezing but we had to open the windows because the mouldy smell was making us dizzy. Too much humidity in the room. There was no toilet paper provided, make sure you bring your own toilet paper. There are no channels available or cable, I went to the reception to ask why the tv has no cable or channels and the young lady at the reception told me that the cable doesn’t work. This is something that should have been communicated to us before coming here. Other than the location, I would not recommend staying in this place. The pictures are misleading, it is not what it looks like in person and it is very small and dirty.

Quand j'ai fait mes recherches, j'avais indiqué "parking gratuit" sauf qu'il n'y en a pas. On est en plein centre ville et c'est impossible de trouver des places gratuites, car elles sont toutes payantes. Cela s'apparente donc à de la publicité mensongère. Sinon, très bon emplacement pour visiter car en plein coeur historique de Porto.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo jovem que nos mostrou o apartamento e nos indicou os principais pontos da cidade. Checkin tranquilo e fácil, visto que pega-se a chave na frente do apartamento. O apartamento é pequeno, mas muito confortável e bem montado. Tem tudo que precisa! Passamos uma noite tranquila. Ressalvas: sentimos cheiro de mofo dentro do imóvel, muito forte quando abriam alguns armários. A vizinhança é segura, porem algumas pessoas podem estranhar. É muito bem localizado, perto de todas as atrações!!

Los chicos de la recepción fueron muy amables el hotel es muy céntrico, limpio, organizado, las habitaciones muy bien... PERO el agua 🚿 de la ducha para salir caliente eran solo 3 gotas 💧 fue un sacrificio bañarse. Eramos 4 y un bebé de 3 meses os recomiendo.
