The worst
We made a reservation for a big apartment in the second or third floor a month in advance and we confirm it many times but when we arrived at the hotel they gave us a small and smelly apartment in the basement and charged us for a big up stairs apartment. We complain for 2 days but they said that there is nothing that they can do. We were so Frustrated , so angry and so uncomfortable all of the 5 nights that we sited there. The wi-fi was a lie too and of course they did nothing about it. the hot water was not always available. It is not safe, no receptionist most of the times ,no body, cameras are broken though most of the windows are directly on the street. The bottom line is that they ruined our vacation and didn't even apologize.
