Staff were welcoming, informative and friendly. Breakfast selection though small was very yummy and they make it for you on the spot. The only thing is the location is in an alley so there isn't much of a view from the window.

The room was comfortable but the actual condition of the room could have been better--there was no hand soap and the sink was leaking. The room was okay along with the all you can eat breakfast. The staff was exceptional! Very helpful and made us feel welcomed. Did their best to make us feel at home. One morning we had a scheduled early start and they offered to open early for us to make breakfast to go. We enjoyed the sculptures they made from the towels. Only negative was the area in front of the hotel, across the lane was under construction.

Exceptional in every way…
This hotel has the best hospitality in SE Asia! The front desk staff (Hannah and everyone) have 5 star hospitality skills. Our stay was short and they went out of thier way to make everything perfect for us. Arranged laundry, transportation back to Hoi An (which was cheaper than anywhere online), hiring of motorbikes and gave us great reccomendations of restaurants. The breakfast was simple but cooked to order and you could order multiple times. It was amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and immaculately clean. The location is central but very quiet. I felt that I wasn’t paying enough money to stay here. They have amazing reviews for a reason and I can’t see how anyone would be disappointed.

First, let’s me say thank you to all the reviewers who took their times to review this hotel so that I could have an idea how good its before booking from the USA. Second, I was extremely impressed of how nice of the entire staffs upon our arrival. They offered us cold drinks right away when we just steeped inside of the building :). Mr. Dung, Ms. Thi, Ms. Hang, and others greeted us everyday with warmth smiles and always asked if we needed help with anything. My whole family were VERY happy with our staying in Hotel La Perle Hue. We will come back and stay in this hotel again and again if we get back to Vietnam, especially Hue in the future. Thank you so much.

Cleanliness was quite bad. There was grime and dirt caked up in between the hardwood flooring. It made the floor quite sticky and you'd basically have to wear slippers if you didn't want to get your feet dirty. Also, there was an extraordinary amount of dust in the crevices around the room. The bathroom was full of mildew and the shower was slow to drain. On the plus, the staff seemed friendly. The room is affordable. The hotel is mostly aesthetically pleasing. The location is quite peaceful and also convenient. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, eg, a motorbike rental shop, a convenience store, a gym, a well-known bún bò place, a pharmacy etc. A shame about the cleanliness, otherwise I'd strongly recommend a stay here.
