We loved everything about the property! Our flat was on the first floor, we had a nice view of the sea. The host Panagis has been very welcoming and helpful; we also enjoyed the company of some lovely cats who made our stay even more enjoyable! The villa is in a great location, close to restaurants and supermarkets and with good bus links to Argostoli and the airport. There are lovely beaches close by but our absolute favourite has been Makris Gialos, about 12 mins walk from the property. We had a fantastic holiday in Lassi!!!

Good apartment that matches the description. The host Panagis is extremely hospitable and ensures everything is smooth. The apartment is situated in an ideal location, with easy access to local cuisine and beaches. Apartment itself has everything you need and we managed to use the kitchen to cook dinner on most days too. Good experience overall.

Lovely stay in Lassi
We had a fantastic stay at Tzivras villa and apartments. We stayed in end studio with large wrap around terrace overlooking lovely garden. Very clean, sheets, towels and room cleaned regularly. Location couldn't be better for beaches, restaurant's and tavernas. Half hour walk into Argistoli which is beautiful. Panagis and the family are very welcoming and friendly hosts. More than happy to help out with any questions you have and stop for a chat. When in Argistoli do visit the family restaurant of same name as the accommodation. The food is excellent. Great stay and great host
A great stay with Tzivras Studio Apartments. Panagis was a great host and made us feel very welcome. He was very accommodating, being as a young family. The apartment was cleaned regularly over the week stay, along with bedding changes. Panagis was always on hand in person or on the phone for anything we needed. A good central location in Lassi. Would recommend and will stay again for the next trip to Kefalonia. ευχαριστώ.

The location is perfect , easy walking to tavernas,shops,bus stop and can even walk to Argostoli although it’s a bit of a trek, The whole of the small site is kept immaculately clean. The apartments are basically furnished but more than adequate with everything you need. Best part though is the family who run it who are a pure delight and beyond helpful. Fell in love with this place and will be back.

Great experience in Kefalonia!
My experience in Greece was amazing, I went there with "a friend" and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner "Tzivras". He was amazing, really helpful and overall great hospitality. The apartment was near 3-4 beaches from quiet and peaceful to "not so peaceful" but still beautiful beaches, all in a time frame between 5 and 10 minutes walk. Also, a good thing is the fact it is located near a big city where you can spend your day doing some small shops, watching turtles in the bay or having a good meal. (Ask every Greek person in Lassi which is the best place to eat and you will get amazed). There was no reason to complain at all, it was my first time in Greece and I would recommend and even come back again for relaxing holidays, alone or with a special one. Thank you Tzivras, all the best!

Excellent location and great apartments
I stayed in one of the apartments and the Tzivras family were exceptional with their communication and also arranging to meet me earlier than the planned check in time to take care of my bags. Once I arrived, they had the keys for the apartment ready for me and had prioritised the cleaning of the apartment I was staying in. the location could not be any better as you are right in the middle of Lassi however far enough away from the road that it is peaceful and quiet. The apartment is well equipped with cooking facilities, fridge/ freezer, safe, hair dryer etc. The bathroom is quite small although perfectly functional with a decent shower. Plenty of storage room and a lovely setting. I'll definitely stay again when I return to Lassi.

Rustic charm...amazing location
Panagis, the owner, was extremely welcoming and helpful from the start and throughout our stay. Lovely, homely rustic charm. Large apartment with everything you need, fabulous veranda/patio where we spent many an evening drinking local wine. Short walk from the beach and ideally located in the centre of town. Comfortable apartment, friendly owner
Comfortable stay, everything you need in the apartment. Nice peaceful garden, but you must like cats as many live there! Several beaches close by. We went end of October so very peaceful, most bars and restaurants closed. However from May to September there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Also the town of Argostolli is about a 25 minute walk away. The airport is just 10 minutes away by car. The owner picked us up and dropped us off at the airport.
