Check in was awful. They could not locate reservation at first and then had a hard time checking me in. Breakfast attendant was very unfriendly and then the room flooded overnight on Saturday. The whole entire floor was wet and when I say wet, the water puddled over my feet. I asked for a refund for one of the two nights at the front desk, by calling and even sent an email and I have been ignored all 3 times. When I called the hotel to ask, they said I had to email and he admitted to be the room below us was even damaged. Well I am sure it was when you get out of bed in the morning and have water that comes over the top of your feet. Hampton Inns are my choice whenever I am able to stay at one, but I would NOT stay here ever again! Terrible experience! I also should have complained about the room across the hallway that left thier dog in the room alone and barked 24-7!
