Supposed to be a fancy good place. The worst place I have stayed ever. Found cockroaches everywhere. Literally everywhere. Teeth retainer from someone else in the floor. Trash on carpet, as soon as you enter the room smells like mold and humidity. Didn’t want to bring extra bed blankets even though there were no sheets for pull out couch. Receptionist were very very rude. They all made excuses saying they don’t own the room. Do not book anything from hotels.com ever again, Worst customer service ever. Worst room ever.

Everything was nice, spacious and very clean. Everyone was nice. They didn’t have the standard set up for the kitchen such as a sponge or hand soap. No laundry detergent either which we normally get when we book rooms like this. No creamer and sugar but tons of coffee. The other thing I didn’t like was the undisclosed mandatory valet parking fee for $40 a day. We have kids and have a bunch of stuff and like access to our car so this did not work. I wouldn’t have booked if i knew this. Plus they work for tips so it’s like every time you want to get your car they’re expecting something. Overall, it was a nice place, but the parking valet should be optional.

Property was excellent. There some minor issues with upkeep(electrical socket didn’t work, multiple lights strobing, hot water took several minutes to heat up), all very minor things- but would def stay again. Convenient walk to the beach and a lot of options in the resort. Limited dining options within walking distance if you don’t want to eat in the resort.

What a comically engaged vacation! Started with wrong room. We ended up in the storage room with 50 phones. And babby crib and boxes stacked to the ceiling in the laundry room. Latches off doors, locked out of own bathroom. Had to go to the lobby bathroom. Just a nightmare. Pool kets never worked the entire trips after 3 sets made. Room keys had to be remade twice also. The resort charged us for the resort fee; however my wife had to pay twices for beach chairs and we were stll charged the resort free for 3 days...smh. not worth staying here and saving $200. Not worth it. Next time im going the the Ritz!

Not the best.
When booking this hotel stay I was not informed that this particular room at the hotel (which I also called directly before booking on hotels.com) was supposedly owned by an individual so there was no soap provided and the front desk said they were unable to give us soap, shampoo or even towels. Another thing that I was not aware of is that you have to have valet parking and the majority of the time it would take a very long time for them to bring the car to you which made us late for a reservation one night. They also do not provide luggage carts.
