Fine basic hotel for an overnight, small room, not much by way of facilities, but cheap, clean and quite close to shin osaka station. Nothing to celebrate, but fit for purpose.

Property is okay. I booked room with breakfast and paid extra for it. As i went for my first breakfast i told them that i had gluten allergy so want to avoid food with gluten. They refuse to serve me breakfast and told the money i paid will be refunded but never got refunded. Every other place i stayed the restaurant just show me food with gluten and i eat rest. I am not sure why they wont serve me food for gluten allergy.

Unfortunately the mattress was extremely firm making it feel as it I was sleeping on the floor. No A/C available even though property details say it does have A/C .
