Living in Squalor!!
Worst, most uncomfortable hotel room I have ever stayed in, decaying squalor just about sums it up, had to move rooms in the end, as aircon in my room packed up, Not one English speaking staff available for complaints. Lift broke down on first day, still broken when I left, as for the spa, only 4 jets work out of 12 in the jacuzzi, hope you like queuing!! Absolute decrepit old building, which really should be knocked down, book at your own peril, weird thing is it's busy!!! Don't know how, would never go back, area is lovely, maybe try one of the other hotels.

Thermal baths were over populated, dark and dirty. Check in was a nightmare as no information had arrived from hotels.com. We were tired and a 25 min check in was the last thing we wanted together with 2 rude receptionists. Only positives was the price, next morning staff were pleasant and room maid Anna was awesome.

Good sized rooms, everything was air-conditioned and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed using the pools. Two negatives: not clear where the parking was and the staff spoke virtually no English, but we managed and I would like to come back some time.
