Great location
Fantastic location, some noise at night with window open but very quiet with window closed. Room was very clean and maintained. Bed was comfortable, shower good. Hot tub and steam room was a nice touch. Would come back again. Only complaint was with hotels.com on the misleading advertising of a room with a bathtub. Management informed us upon arrival that none of the rooms have a bath tub. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was that it supposedly had a tub.

The absolute best Hotel experience! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Alfredo went out of his way to help us with our luggage and directions to some of the local attractions. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Really loved our stay here. The staff were extremely nice, cheerful, relaxed and helpful. It felt luxurious and relaxing after very heavy site seeing days. So just lovely to relax by the roof pool. Loved the gothic quarter, quaint streets and plenty of shops and eateries. Definitely recommend

Hotel is nice, service requires improvements.
Our room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, great shower. There is a changing room in the hotel, where you can take a shower after a long trip, while waiting for your room to be ready. Our room did not have a working phone. We were told that it will be fixed, but it was never fixed, nor we were offered another room with the working phone. When we expressed our concern in case of emergency, the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders.

The property is located close to everything. Very walkable and close to the metro. It is on a tiny street in the gothic quarter so it is quiet. The bathroom was a bit awkward as it only had frosted doors and no real privacy.

Loved it! Can’t wait to return.
Highly recommend! From the welcoming and helpful staff to the beautiful and comfortable rooms, to the location we loved it all! Even before our trip, the staff at the hotel was very helpful through the hotels.com app. Laura and Simo met us warmly on arrival and helped us navigate around the area as well as assisted in arranging our transportation to the cruise terminal for the next morning . The rooms were spacious and the beds were vey comfortable. We loved the fact that we could look out on our balcony for a fun perspective on the narrow streets of the Gothic quarter! The rooftop pool while small had a great rooftop view of the area where you can listen to the cathedral bells over a glass of wine. We will certainly return!

Beautiful and spotless property. From front desk to breakfast room, staff was kind and helpful. We had one issue with our air conditioning, this took a few visits to the front desk but was resolved. Breakfast was delicious. Staff went above and beyond to help and helped make Barcelona one of our new favorite places to visit. The pool is small, and is more of a cool off pool than a swim laps kind of pool. The hotel is tucked away in a great location in Barcelona, very walkable to practically everywhere in Barcelona.

Good but not great
This was a very well located hotel - modern and clean although room was small with the sink next to bed so difficult to be discrete and quiet if you wake up in the night. The beds and pillows were very comfortable; the room was quiet but the doors make a very loud sound when they close so we were up half the night several times. This was very disappointing— even if the guests were quiet the slamming of the doors was incredibly disruptive.
