Verry clean hotel and room. Verry nice staff especially waiters during breakfast and the breakfast also was amazing. Wellness: quite big pool with warm water, steamroom and sauna. Jakuzzi is more bath with bubbles but also OK ;) Location: perfect - closse to main street and restaurants. WiFi OK

Great service!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our suite was exceptional, featuring a private jacuzzi and a spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the canal. The spa and pool area, though compact, was absolutely delightful, with a perfect water temperature that made for a truly relaxing experience. A special mention goes to Pawel and Aliya, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly set this hotel apart. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our visit all the more enjoyable. The hotel also offered gluten-free options at breakfast, which was a great plus. However, the breakfast itself was quite expensive and had a somewhat limited selection. Additionally, we were disappointed that the hotel’s restaurant did not offer any gluten-free options. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Gdańsk’s main street, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return.

The hotel itself is really nice. The pool and sauna area is fab. Frustrating that a baby class is in the water and the parents leave all their changing items on the beds as a dumping area, which is limited so there was lack of beds for people actually using them. It was the same same at other times, more beds/seats needed. Room was clean and pretty standard, was comfortable. Cleaned daily/towels replaced. Check in was friendly and explained everything. 10 minute walk to the centre (£3) for a bolt if weather not on your side. Didn’t eat at the hotel. So can’t comment. Overall a nice stay.

Really nice hotel not far from the city centre and old town. The common areas were lovely and the room as the pictures said. Good restaurant and a breakfast that far exceeded expectations, perhaps the best I've had in a hotel. Only true downsides was the hard bed and lack of interesting shower articles. The spa was nice, if a bit small.

Gdansk was fabulous
Lovely reception and bar area lovely touch of tranquil music. Superb pool and steam room and sauna. If I had more time I would have had a treatment. I would have preferred a river view instead of the road view I am sure I requested this. The room was comfortable it had two pillows in middle of the room which was not great at night getting out of bed. It could have done with being painted scuff marks on the wall bathroom lovely with heated floor loved it. Staff extremely nice, friendly and helpful when our TV kept going off not sure if that was the tv or internet to be honest

Stayed 4 nights in October (off peak) and presumed it would be quieter than peak season, which I can only assume it was because for the first two nights we had the pool and spa almost to ourselves. The last 2 nights were a lot busier with classes booked for most of the day and only a 2 hour window to use it. Overall we were happy with how busy it was as there are enough facilities (steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, pool) for guests. The room itself was spacious (junior suite) and they serviced our room daily.

It was good! Nice hotel and all. Was some issue with the beds tho. Mailed them long before to have a room with separeted beds, and got a response it was no problem. On arrival they first didnt find the 2 rooms i booked, and later on they said they could seperated the beds. Buuut besides that the service was nice.

The hotel was quiet and the single twin room was quaint and cozy. Easy walking distance to everything in the old town, but far enough way to have a quiet and restful stay. Wifi worked well. The power went out two times but came back on quickly. Did use the spa once and it was lovely, but a bit annoying that have to return your robe back to the spa at time of check out and cannot return it after use at the spa or leave in the room for it to be collected. Overall, I would stay here again.

We have really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Almond, just a 15 minutes walk into the main hub. Everything was so well organised. Our standard room was very spacious which was particularly helpful having a wheelchair with us. It was lovely to have a double aspect window with 2 balconies, it also had good air con, a mini bar and a large sized shower cubicle in the well equipped bathroom. We felt very comfortable and relaxed in the room and the hotel itself. The prosecco breakfast was excellent with a great selection of hot and cold foods and was in a very nice breakfast room. There is a lovely restaurant/bar and a spa for anyone who wants that option. We also appreciated the good sized glass lifts, with no queues to use them. Everywhere was immaculately clean, the room was cleaned and fresh towels provided daily, excellent housekeeping. The staff were all helpful, friendly and courteous. Very good value too.

After staying several times over the years at this hotel, I was disappointed with the overall and specifically housekeeping experience this time. The room was clean, when they came, which was late in the day or not at all the first day. However the bed was sloppily made 3 times in 4 days. Also, I and other guests had the lights switched off on us in the sauna without warning 15minutes before the area was supposed to close. Obviously we felt we had to leave early then and I felt it was rude of the staff not to directly talk to us first and remind us to be put on time. Overall the hotel is in a lovely location with decent rooms, but sadly the value for what you pay is not there anymore. My next trip to Gdansk I will consider staying elsewhere.
