Location was very remote so transportation was an issue. The restaurant was almost non functional and whatever we requested was not available or out of stock. The night reception staff was terrible. We wanted to book airport transfer but this staff never communicated with us and so we had to frantically run about to arrange alternative transport. We tried calling the reception several times but no reply.

Buenas relacion calidad - precio. Muy bien la piscina tipo Infinity pool en la planta alta. Habitación muy limpia, con cuarto de baño completo y perfecto. Vistas espectaculares y cama cómoda. Smart TV y nevera. servicio de habitaciones. No está en el centro de Kandy, pero llegas allí en tuk tuk por 300 rupias (- 1€). El trato del personal muy bueno, serviciales y colaboradores en todo momento. Un 10 en su categoría. ¡¡¡Ojo con dejar la ventana del balcón abierta!!! Por las mañanas os visitan los monos.

The view from our room was amazing and the room itself was very clean however the jacuzzi was covered with insects. The breakfast was non existent. There were 3 families staying with us and there was only a bowl of lentils and baked beans. Would defo recommend room only stays as there are numerous restaurants near by.

Echoing the other reviewers... Very very purple. View 360 was a mixed bag. It's obvious that the rooms were designed to be luxury apartments, and that the hotel was originally done to a high standard. Unfortunately, general maintenance has suffered a bit. The main positives are the amazing views of the surrounding valley, the decent facilities (pool and gym), and the 10am Monkey troop (very entertaining). The staff were also very helpful. After reading the other reviews we decided to eat out most of the time, but when we did order the food was generally OK. The Bar and restaurant both close early (21:30), but that's sort of understandable given that there weren't that many guests. The room itself was clean, but the balcony was definitely not (black feet/hands). The bathroom smelled like the kind of sewer gas you'd get if people had been eating a lot of Sri Lankan curry. They really need to fix that, I think other reviewers complained of the same thing. Overall I think View 360 is worth the extra, and the location makes up for the relatively minor issues.

Beautiful view, great staff
Beautiful (very purple hotel) with a great pool, gym and bar view. Loved the two bedroom apartment for us to chill out with our family. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they could simply not do enough. Only downside was that while the food was yummy it didnt match the description on the menu. It was a little oversold.

Kiva hotelli hyvällä näköalapaikalla ja tuktukilla Kandyn keskustaan lyhyt matka. Huone oli siisti ja mukavan moderni, myös allasalue oli hyvin huolehdittu ja hyväkuntoinen. Työntekijät olivat myös erittäin ystävällisiä. Yleisilmeeltään varsin mukava hotelli, mutta miinusta itseltäni tulee hotellin ravintolan palveluista; ensimmäisenä aamuna oli aamupalabuffet, mutta kahtena muuna aamuna oli tarjoiltu aamiainen. Olisi ollut mukavaa, että jokaisena aamuna olisi ollut buffet, eikä vain joinakin päivinä. Kävimme myös illallistamassa pari kertaa hotellin ravintolassa, jossa odotukset eivät aivan kohdanneet todellisuutta. Ruoan sai hyvin hitaasti eikä ollut laadultaan kovinkaan hyvää. Esimerkiksi hampurilaisaterian pihvi oli korvattu leikkeleellä, vaikka ruokalistan kuvassa oli pihvinä kunnon naudanlihapihvi. Kokonaisuudessaan majoittuminen oli hyvä kokemus, mutta ravintolan palveluissa olisi toivomisen varaa.
