The manager is friendly and always smiling. The house keeping needs improvement the trash falls from the second floor to the front of our door. My cousin really get frustrated about the issue. The keys are not always working.

I will not return.
The owner of this place should be required to live here until it is updated and everything is fixed. I find it hard to believe that the city has not condemned this property. I originally booked 2 nights but only stayed one. I seriously considered leaving the first night and going somewhere else. It was late and I was tired. The first room had no air. I moved to a different room with air. The employee was helpful. She refunded the second night. I think I should be refunded for the entire stay. If you choose to stay there after reading this then it is on you.

It’s coming Along
Great place for a few days but you have to constantly keep asking for towels And wash cloths which is annoying!’ Although upgraded there is still a few things that could use some attention .

Reservations apparently don't matter
Had a reservation and when i got there a very rude young lady came out from the back looking annoyed that i interrupted her personal phone call to tell me they didn't have any rooms. I explained that was okay i had a reservation. With no empathy she said she sold all the rooms and that i would need to deal with Hotels.com to get a refund. When i asked why she sold my room she stood there silently and just shook her head. When i asked if she knew what a reservation is she again did not respond. I tried one more time to try to get any response from her and asked what's the point of making a reservation if she is just going to sell all the rooms. Again just stood there shaking her head.

Keep going, don't stop when you see Studio 6.
Place was dirty, broken appliances. Broken toilet seat. You wouldn't take a shower there. I cut my stay for just one night instead of three. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay. I shouldn't have had to pay for one night. The staff was sympathetic to me. Still, I lost out on having to pay for one night.

This place is absolutely terrible. I reserved 2 rooms for my workers out of town. They show up and find plywood on the windows. Disgusting floor sink bathtub. Doors looked like they were kicked in. Unknown pills on the floor. Clearly dirty sheets. Absolutely disgusting. Front desk lady was just chillin in her car. Blew it off like my guys were over reacting. Had to go through the process to get a refund.
