We had a very good stay. The room was amazing and clean. The whole resort in it's self was ran to perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to know there was 24hr security and that you could only access the resort with a special wrist band that only ages 13 and up had. We will definitely be returning. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Maybe it's too early in the season?

one of the outdoor hot tubs was broken and the other was dirty. for most of the stay one of the four lifts were in use. lifts were quick to get you to your floor yet took forever to come when called and they were quite noisey. you could hear the lifts from deep within the room all through the night.

The elevators are a #1 nightmare for EVERYONE staying there. The place is 30 floors so it obviously is HUGE and holds TONS of people so there is LOTS of constant foot traffic all over and there are 7 elevators in total and only 2 days of a whole week weere we, my family and i, able to travel around the resort, down to the beach, pools, back up within efficient timing without waiting more than 20 mins to elevator.MOST of the time. The 2 outdoor pools were too cold. the indoor pool way too crowded and tiny. . The out door hot tubs were freezing and broken as well. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. You have to pay for a parking park and for arm bands just to get in and and out and around the place. Beach was crowed with vacant chairs and unlmbrellas every day so no room for us and we could use without paying buere were plenty for each unit.

We stayed on the 23 floor in the month of September. Elevators worked wonderful, no long Wait. Beautiful view of the ocean from your balcony. Plenty of towels and washcloths provided. With the construction going on around there, it was kind of confusing getting to the parking deck. My main complaint is the elevators. A majority of the time, they simply weren’t working. It’s bad enough they’re all super crowded, but out of service caused a lot of wasted time trying to get to/from the unit.
