2/10 Poor

First of all, I don’t know how this place has a rating of 8/10. It is absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I have stayed at 2/3 out of 5 star hotels before. And these are my complaints: (1) really terrible customer service. My personal body scrubber I left in the shower disappeared after they came in to fix the clogged shower. I didn’t realize they were still doing daily house keeping, so I was surprised when I came back, all the beds were made and towels replaced. Had I known they were doing that, I would’ve placed the “privacy” tag on the door. I went to front desk to ask about the missing scrubber, and they said they would check. When I got back in the room, I get a call from the front desk, saying that the house keeping didn’t take it and maybe I misplaced it. I told him I used it that morning, hanged it on the towel bar, so the only reasonable assumption is that house keeping took it by mistake with other towels and I needed it back. He talked over me, very loudly, and I tried to explain again why I wouldn’t have “misplaced” it, then he hanged up. When I went to the front desk to continue conversation, he yelled at me and blamed that I was taking advantage of them. They are horrible people, I don’t even know why they chose to work in hospitality industry. Other reasons this is a horrible place to say are (2) clogged shower (3) very old and rough towels (like the ones you get at the pool), and the so called “park view” isn’t really a park view.
