Great stay
Very nice hotel, conveniently located near the Kawaguchiko station. Great view of the lake and Mount Fuji. Kaiseki dinner was great and breakfast was very good, also.

Great onsen hotel
Wonderful location and service. Beautiful grounds. Excellent range at breakfast though many large groups. Excellent wine bar that we paid for as part of the booking. Self help to over 30 types of Japanese wine and premium snacks. Plus wonderful onsen in the room. Would stay again

The room is spacious and the free activities offered to customers are interesting. Meals are the best among all Onsen hotels, breakfast buffet with lots of choices so you would not have any problem to choose your favourite food. The onsen with unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji makes it the perfect hotel for any travellers. I will definitely come back next time.

Enjoyment even without the view
The property and staff were amazing. The purpose of our stay was to enjoy the majestic view of Mt. Fuji. We were not able to see the mountain but we still enjoyed the food, the onsen and the taiko program.
Robert, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

This was one of the most beautiful hotels and areas we have ever stayed at. The staff was super kind, helpful, and fun. The dinner included with our reservation was top tier and the outside gardens were absolutely gorgeous. We spent most of our time walking around enjoying the garden in between dinner and the onsen. We can not wait to visit here again.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel offers a really nice garden and foot bath to allow your feet to relax after a long day of exploring the Kawaguchiko fuji area. The hotel’s room I stayed was a bit worn out but the style of the tatami bedding was comfortable. Room is really spacious … their breakfast buffet has large selection of food choice, their kaiseki dinner was so delicious and fresh …
